in the words of andrew, the sickly

Andrew: Fix me a bowl of Skittles, and don't tell me you don't have any. I saw daddy eating them last night. Well? Go get 'em!
Me: Excuse me? I will not get you a bowl of Skittles because a) you are sick and b) because you didn't ask nicely. Is what I should have said, but I said this instead:
Me: Geeze Andrew. Don't be so demanding. I'm only giving you a small bowl of Skittles.

Andrew: Mom-ee! There are no red ones! Gimme some red ones!!
Me: No. You will eat and be happy with what I gave you. And that is that. Is what I should have said, but I said this instead:
Me: Hold on, hold on. I'll you some red ones after I clean up the melted popsicle you left on the kitchen floor.

At least I am aware of the problem, right? Thats step number one... Right?

yum, red skittles. he might be demanding, but I must say he does have good taste in his skittles. And how generous of you to share the red ones with him.

Um...this sounds like me and Everett when he's healthy.

I told Terry that we have to have another kids because he is already way to spoiled right now being the baby.

Kid had chocolate Lucky Charms for dinner tonight. Who does that? [me]

We all do it. We are simply way too nice. But stop it now....I have an almost 17 year old I'm trying to free of that habit, and he's WAY to big to spank!
